# RCC Terms of Service
**Effective date: August 3, 2026**
## 1. Operator
RCC (“Reels Command Center”) is operated by:
Kancelaria Adwokacka Adwokat Łukasz Oleś
al. Wojciecha Korfantego 138A, lok. 114
40-156 Katowice, Poland
Email: contact@lukaszoles.pl
## 2. Purpose of RCC
RCC is a private content analytics application. It allows an authorized user to connect their own social media accounts, synchronize available profile and content metrics, monitor performance, and generate analytical reports.
RCC does not claim ownership of content retrieved from connected platforms.
## 3. TikTok integration
RCC uses TikTok Login Kit and Display API. The user must explicitly authorize RCC before any TikTok information is retrieved.
RCC may access only information covered by permissions granted by the user, including basic profile information, public profile details, account statistics, and the user’s public videos and their available metrics.
The user may revoke RCC’s access through TikTok or disconnect TikTok inside RCC.
## 4. Permitted use
The user may use RCC only for lawful analysis of accounts and content they own or are authorized to manage.
The user must not use RCC to violate the rights of other persons, obtain unauthorized access, interfere with TikTok or another platform, or circumvent platform restrictions.
## 5. Third-party platforms
RCC depends on external services including TikTok. Availability and scope of data may change because of API limitations, platform policies, outages, permission changes, or revoked authorization.
RCC does not guarantee that every metric visible in TikTok Studio will be available through the TikTok API.
## 6. AI-generated analyses
Some RCC functions may use artificial intelligence when expressly initiated by the user. AI-generated summaries, classifications and recommendations are informational and may contain errors.
AI-generated content does not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of content performance.
## 7. Availability and liability
RCC is provided on an “as available” basis. Reasonable efforts are made to protect stored information and maintain correct operation, but uninterrupted availability and complete accuracy of third-party data cannot be guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for losses resulting from external API failures, platform decisions, incomplete third-party data, or decisions made solely on the basis of automated analysis.
## 8. Termination
The user may stop using RCC and disconnect connected platforms at any time. Access may be suspended where necessary to protect security, comply with law, or prevent misuse.
## 9. Changes
These Terms may be updated when RCC functionality, integrations, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
## 10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
